Pleasant hotel close to harbour and attractions. Restaurants nearby.

Located near Metro station and Genoa aquarium in pleasant side street. Good room and breakfast was OK. Friendly helpful staff.

Wonderful

The personal, breakfast, place etc. - perfect. I felt there very well. I really recommend to people who would like feel the Genova spirit.

The room is small. The only problem was a place to work as I had to work sometimes on my computer in the room and the "desk" was also the air-conditioning outlet. So my computer was well cooled, but it was not much comfortable for me.

Great location to visit Genoa with the family in a short stay

Good location inside the old city (which is the must-see) but 2 minutes walk (crossing the street) to the port promenade and to the parking that has an agreement with the hotel. I recommend to use that parking so close to the hotel. It is expensive, 50 euros a day but if you are lodged in the hotel, they charge you 24 euros instead (with a voucher they give you at the reception). For one night is convenient, a bunk bed for our two kids and a good bed for the adults. The breakfast is a strong point as it only costs 6 euros per person and it was a good continental breakfast and you could ask for cappucinos if you did not like the standard filter coffee (the messroom was full of families with kids having breakfast).

The price is maybe not cheap but you pay the location which compensates if you are going to stay one or two nights (the old city is worth-seeing and it can be visited in one day).

The location, hotel staff made this a pleasant experience and we especially enjoyed the beautiful breakfast and service.

Conscience, cleanliness, and delicious breakfast. Well done Bravo!

The bathroom was small and especially the shower. It was challenging to turn in this tiny space.

Great location. Close to the harbour.

Great location. Local restaurants and bars. Close to the harbour. Picturesque part of town and side streets. Clean room with balcony.

Tea and coffee facilities available in room as advised on booking, however hotel doesn't provide milk which was unexpected. Hotel staff did not agree with this expectation.

Perfect location for seeing historic Genoa.

We were looking for a hotel in the center of the old town and that is what we found. Easy walking distance to the historic harbor and the old town. It is a very good hotel in the heart of the historic district and with Genoa that makes space very tight. With the limitations they have done a great job. Breakfast good, crowded but good and the the breakfast staff did a great job., Good restaurants, groceries, and historic sites were withing easy walking.

Good

The hotel is in great location, but car parking can be a problem. The hotel is in the old part of the city, so there aren’t many options. Our room was a great size and very clean.

We thought the breakfast was of a very poor quality. Very little choice of cereal, the juice was very weak like squash, only white sliced bread for toasting, only one croissants/pastries on offer, which were of a poor quality. The Americano was in a large urn and tasted like it had been made some time ago. If you want coffee ask one of the staff to make you one from the machine in their kitchen. The staff were very helpful and made sure all the food items were available throughout breakfast service and the tables were cleaned down and reset very quickly.

I Would Stay Here Again, Jus On A HIGHER FLOOR!

The Staff, The Food, The Room, Were All AWESOME!! The Staff Helped Us With Lost Luggage And The Breakfast Food Was GREAT!! The Location Was GREAT. We Found A New Church, SanFillipo Close By. We LOVED The Church.

My Only Complaint Was That About 11PM And 4AM There Were NOISES Outside From Rowdy People And SUPPLY Truck Delivering Supplies.

the location is perfect, the breakaways very good.

the A/C was fixed at nothing below 23 celsius because of the “winter”; it was 10/31 and I was with just a T-shirt outside… the elevator is very small. The room is Basic with capital B; don’t expect a cozy room…

Modern, clean hotel right next to Porto Antico and Old City

Nice modern good sized room. Well-stocked minibar, which is rare these days. Desk and chair, good comfortable bed. Good sortiment of gluten free breakfast

The view - only into a backyard. The coffee at breakfast was not very nice. Personnel would however, make you a cuppa of good coffee.
